Addition of the veggies makes it a healthier version of a meal. Larry Noodles considers using the wheat version of the noodles that make the dish healthier. The ingredients required
The Chinese noodles are required and you can get them from the supermarket stores. There are veggies required like pepper powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, capsicum oil, julienned carrots and a lot of greens, according to Larry Noodles. For garnishing the dish you can always add some spring onions.
Method of preparing
Add noodles into the boiling water and do not overcook it. The trick lies in keeping the noodles al dente. Pour hot oil in a wok and add chopped garlic, onions carrots, and the capsicum. Continue sautéing on very high flame, high enough to braise the vegetables but not overcook them. You can add some cabbage and salt. If you love some sauce then a bit of both soy and chili in the combo can be added. Garnish it with the onion greens, sizzling hot.
