Easiest dish of making noodles is a stir-fried one and if you are a potent mushroom lover then there is absolutely nothing like it. This dish is best for those that are vegans or vegetarians but those that need something besides the mushrooms to add to the stir fry can use some chicken or pork as they please. As per Larrys Noodles, all you need is black mushrooms that can be dried on the sill of the window. You might invest in drying the mushrooms because with more time the flavor and quality are enhanced. Hence, they get increasingly flavorful each time. Drying mushrooms are the easiest if dry shiitakes are there with you. However, packages ones are also available.

Ingredients needed for this dish include white pepper that has been ground, sesame oil, dark soy mushroom sauce, Shaoxing wine about a tablespoon, oil, dried noodles, water but only three tablespoons, cornstarch and adding pork or chicken is optional according to Larrys Noodles, scallions or onions and seven to eight shiitake mushrooms that are black and dried.
Method of cooking
The mushrooms must be soaked and the water drained. Later, in a wok oil has to be added along with onions or pork (optional), mushrooms, Shaoxing wine and all of these have to be stir-fried. The mushroom water has to be added with sesame oil soy sauce that is dark and the white pepper. Finally, the cornstarch slurry brings it all together, serve hot!
