Vegetable noodles are considered a popular dish that is Indo-Chinese. There is hardly anyone to be found that does not like eating it or preparing it. This tastes good and can also be prepared with all that is available in stock within the kitchen. You can add a lot of veggies as per Larrys Noodles to make it super healthy. For making the dish healthier, wheat noodles can also be used. The recipe is simple and you can get creative with the kind of veggies you add to the recipe. Addition of sauces is not mandatory because you can have the simple version or have the saucy version with sauces added. Here is how to make it.
Ingredients needed
You need Chinese noodles, garlic that has been chopped finely, onion, cabbage that has been sliced thinly, carrot julienned, capsicum, oil, soy sauce, chili sauce and pepper powder. For the purpose of garnishing, according to Larrys Noodles, greens of spring onion can be added after it has been chopped finely.
Preparation

Water has to be boiled with oil so that noodles can be cooked. One has to keep stirring the noodles so that they do not end up sticking together besides they should also not be overcooked. Cut vegetables like the capsicum, julienned carrots, chopped onions, minced garlic must be added to the hot oil. Then all of these have to be sautéed on high flame with the cabbage and salt. Later, chili sauce and the soy sauce have to be added with cooked noodles at last. Once ready, the flame has to be switched off, garnished with onion greens and served hot!
